

DC Central Kitchen is located at The Michael R. Klein Center for Jobs & Justice on the ground floor of the Riverpoint apartment complex at 2121 1st Street SW. Our entrance is on V Street SW between 1st and 2nd Streets. We look forward to seeing you!
The closest metro stop is Waterfront on the Green Line. From the 4th Street and M Street exit, head south on 4th Street SW. Turn left on P Street SW,right on 2nd Street SW, with a final left turn onto V Street SW. The entrance to The Michael R. Klein Center for Jobs & Justice will be on your left. Just follow the DC Central Kitchen logo to our front door.
There is a free shuttle that runs between Waterfront Station and DC Central Kitchen that picks staff, guests, and volunteers up on the side of the Safeway grocery store, located the corner of M Street SW and 4th Street SW. The hours of operation for the shuttle are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes.
There is no dedicated parking lot at The Michael R. Klein Center for Jobs & Justice. We highly encourage the use of public transportation or ride sharing, whenever possible.
Paid parking is available under the building in the Colonial Riverpoint garage, which can be accessed along 2nd Street SW, as well as across the street in the James Creek Marina lot. There is limited metered parking throughout the neighborhood, but please check the Audi Field event schedule prior to heading to the facility as street parking is prohibited on game days.
