Jovana Urriola is a distinguished Panamanian chef, restaurateur and television personality. In 2018, Jovana secured second place in the second season of the international competition Top Chef Panama. Following her TV debut, Jovana opened Soo Artisan Kitchen in Panama City. Jovana then became the private chef for actor Owen Wilson. She’s brought her talent and passion as a chef in fast casual concepts like Café Unido and currently is Executive Chef of Cuban-inspired Colada Shop.
