DC Central Kitchen staff and Culinary Job Training students spent last week under the tents at Salamander Resort in Middleburg, VA, for the third annual Food & Wine Family Reunion hosted by Chef Kwame Onwuachi & Sheila Johnson where they were able to show off their knife skills working side by side with some of the biggest names in the culinary world.
