5 things you don’t want to miss at Capital Food Fight

1) The Food

Over 80 of the Washington area’s greatest restaurants will offer tastes of their best dishes for Capital Food Fight guests. Sample bites include poke tuna from Dirty Habit, mini brat sliders from Gordon Biersch, vegan ramen from Toki Underground and more! Admission includes unlimited tastes from participating restaurants so you can go back for seconds…or thirds!

2) The Chef Battle

Four local chefs, including Kyle Bailey (The Salt Line), Autumn Cline (Rappahannock Oyster Bar), Alex McCoy (Lucky Buns) and Kevin Tien (Himitsu) will face off in an exciting live stage battle. 3) The Mixology Battle

Six of DC’s best bartenders including Jessica Weinstein, Sarah Rosner, Trevor Frye, Adam Bernbach, Owen Thompson and Carlie Steiner will be competing for the cocktail of the night at Capital Food Fight and you are the judge!

4) The Celebs

Hosted by José Andrés and Spike Mendelson, the 15th anniversary of Capital Food Fight will be a star-studded event! The live battle will be hosted by a panel of renowned judges including Jennifer Carroll, Tom Colicchio, Tregaye Fraser, David Guas, Richard On, Ryan Zimmerman and Andrew Zimmern. Plus, we’re excited to have Tommy McFly join us as the Master of Ceremonies along with Kelly Collis and Jen Richer as Field Reporters to keep you updated on the action all night long!

5) Silent Auction

DC Central Kitchen is hosting our first-ever silent auction! Bid on exciting prizes like a Tesla Model S for kids, a 5 night stay at ANY Hilton in the world, two suite tickets to a Washington Nationals game and more! The silent auction opens on November 1, so stay tuned for more information.
