Trainees Celebrate Culinary Heritage Day  08.13.2008 -- Several guest chefs visited the Kitchen on Wednesday to demonstrate culinary heritage from around the world. Students received hands-on training and learned new recipes from several different culinary traditions. Class 71 Graduates, Students Begin New Lives  07.22.2008 -- At DC Central Kitchen, graduation is not an end but a beginning. Yesterday was the graduation ceremony of the 71st Culinary Job Training class.
