Anthony Bourdain Visits DC Central Kitchen

After hosting DC Central Kitchen's Capital Food Fight 2007 with José Andrés, Anthony Bourdain decide to pay the Kitchen a visit with his No Reservations television crew. The acclaimed author and Travel Channel star had been impressed by the way the Kitchen uses food as a tool of empowerment and offers hope through our Culinary Job Training Program. Wanting to learn more, Tony spent two days filming at the Kitchen, where he befriended training chef and CJT graduate Bo Simms, who shared how the Kitchen changed his life.
